Since winning our election (with a vote of 93% YES), we are preparing to negotiate our first contract. We are launching our bargaining survey—the first step in democratically deciding what to negotiate for in our contract—and we need YOUR input on what issues matter to YOU!
Your time and feedback will equip us, the Bargaining Committee (BC), to build an inclusive and representative bargaining agenda. And the more of us fill out the survey, the more power we will have to win improvements to our working conditions by showing the administration how many of us are invested in this process. To this end, please be as comprehensive and specific as possible in your replies. We will use all our feedback to develop bargaining goals for negotiations with the administration,
