Harvard Academic Workers (HAW – UAW) is a union of Harvard’s non-tenure-track (NTT) research and teaching employees-nearly 6000 postdocs, research associates, lecturers, preceptors, and others. Right now, the administration unilaterally dictates the terms of our employment. We are building this union to negotiate with them over pay, benefits, time off, and other forms of support.
